San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey is expanding his off-field business portfolio with the release of his first signature training shoe, dubbed "The CMC."

The footwear line is being released through athletic label while on earth, where McCaffrey joined as both a co-founder and an investor earlier in 2025. The upcoming shoe is scheduled to launch publicly on Aug. 24.

Engineering and Product Details

Positioned as a cross-training model intended for both explosive turf work and weight-room lifting, the sneaker includes a reinforced forefoot, a rigid thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) mid-foot shank, a structured heel counter, and a multi-directional grip outsole. McCaffrey reportedly spent the past year testing prototypes during his off-season regimen to refine the fit and stability profile.

At debut, the unisex silhouette will be offered in four launch color palettes: White/White, Dune/Shore, Wheat/Midnight, and Wheat/Syrah.
